Rules for Specific sports at StarkBet
1. Basic terms
1.1. A betting operator is a licensed firm that accepts bets under the laws that apply in the relevant place. On this site that operator is StarkBet (starkbett.com) and any related product versions.
1.2. A client is a person aged 18 or older who has opened an account, accepted these terms, and is allowed to use the sportsbook.
1.3. A bet is an agreement between the client and the operator on the result of a third-party event. The client is not a participant in that event. Stake and payout sit on the conditions shown when the bet is placed.
1.4. The bet amount is the money the client puts on a selection. That sum is the entry for the wager under these rules.
1.5. A result is the official outcome used to settle the market.
1.6. Odds are the numbers used to multiply the stake when a selection wins.
1.7. Winnings are the money paid to the client when the predicted outcome is correct.
1.8. A single bet is one selection on one ticket. The return is the stake multiplied by the odds on that selection.
1.9. A combo (accumulator) puts two or more independent selections on one ticket. Every selection must win. One loser voids the whole combo. The return uses the multiplied odds of all legs.
1.10. A system bet builds several combos of a set size from a larger list of selections. Each combo in the system uses the same stake. The total return is the sum of the winning combos.
1.11. If odds show more than two digits after the decimal point, the payout is rounded to the nearest hundredth.
1.12. Cash Out is an optional offer to close a bet early on revised terms, such as a new price or an earlier settlement time. The client may accept or decline. Accepting Cash Out replaces the original bet terms. Cash Out can appear on pre-match and live bets. The sportsbook may change or remove an offer and does not have to explain why.
2. Rules Applied to the Specific sports
2.1. Soccer
2.1.1. Match-result bets settle on the score after both halves, including injury time added by the referee. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs are left out unless the market wording says otherwise.
2.1.2. A corner that is awarded but never taken does not count for settlement.
2.1.3. Own goals are left out of Anytime Goalscorer, Next Goalscorer, Player to Score X, and Next Goalscorer markets.
2.1.4. A player who has been on the pitch from kick-off, or since the last goal, is eligible for scorer markets.
2.1.5. Only players still in the match appear as eligible selections.
2.1.6. If an unlisted player scores, bets on the named players stay valid.
2.1.7. Anytime Goalscorer, Next Goalscorer, and Player to Score X settle on official TV coverage and Press Association data, unless that record is shown to be wrong.
2.1.8. Markets that use a time window settle on the clock shown on the broadcast. If that clock is missing, the official match clock is used.
2.1.9. Goal-interval timing uses the moment the ball crosses the goal line, not the moment the shot is struck.
2.1.10. Corner-interval markets settle when the kick is taken, not when the corner is given.
2.1.11. Booking-interval markets settle when the referee shows the card, not when the foul happens.
2.1.12. Offside bets settle when the referee announces the decision, including after a VAR check.
2.1.13. Penalty markets settle when the referee awards the kick, including after VAR.
2.1.14. A penalty that is awarded and then not taken is left out of related markets.
2.1.15. Next Scoring Type:
- Freekick. The goal must come straight from a free kick or a corner. A deflection counts only if the original taker is credited with the goal.
- Penalty. The goal must come directly from the penalty kick. Rebounds after a miss do not qualify.
- Own Goal. A player putting the ball into their own net is treated as an own goal.
- Header. The last touch before the ball goes in must be with the head.
- Shot. The goal is scored with any part of the body other than the head, and it does not sit in another listed type.
- No Goal. No goal is scored in the relevant window.
2.1.16. If a red card is missing or shown wrongly when a market opens, the sportsbook may void the bets that were affected.
2.1.17. If the on-screen match time is more than 5 minutes out, related bets may be cancelled.
2.1.18. If a wrong score is shown, markets that used that score for that period are void.
2.1.19. Wrong team names or competition labels can lead to related bets being voided.
2.1.20. A yellow card counts as 1 unit. A red, or a second yellow that becomes a red, counts as 2 units. The second yellow is not counted on its own, so one player cannot be assigned more than 3 cards in total.
2.1.21. Card markets settle on confirmed data from the regular 90 minutes.
2.1.22. Cards shown after the final whistle do not count.
2.1.23. Cards shown to substitutes, coaches, or other bench staff are left out of player card markets.
2.1.24. Booking points:
- Yellow = 10 points
- Red = 25 points
- Second yellow leading to red is not counted on its own
One player can therefore add a maximum of 35 booking points.
2.1.25. Card settlement uses confirmed data from the 90-minute regulation period.
2.1.26. Cards issued after the match are not used in settlement.
2.1.27. Cards given to people who are not taking part (substitutes, coaches, bench players) are not used for betting purposes.
2.1.28. If the format or structure of a match changes after betting has opened, the sportsbook may void the bets already placed.

2.2.7. Wrong team names can lead to related bets being cancelled.
2.2.8. Every listed player is treated as eligible.
2.2.9. If no further touchdown is scored, Next Touchdown Scorer (including OT) is void.
2.2.10. Players who are not named separately sit in Competitor1 other players or Competitor2 other players. That grouping does not apply to a listed player who is inactive.
2.2.11. Defensive and Special Teams scores are treated as Competitor1 D/ST player or Competitor2 D/ST player, even if a player is named on the ticket.

A player is not treated as having been out only because a partner retired hurt and could not bat. If more than 11 players bat, the market is void. In limited-overs games the market is void if, after the bet is placed, the innings is reduced because of weather or another outside factor.
2.18.42. Batsman Runs

Rules: If the batter finishes not out because of a declaration, the end of the allotted overs, or the team reaching its target, that score is the result. If the named batter does not bat, the bet is void. If the batter is not in the starting XI, the bet is void. If a batter retires hurt and later returns, the full innings score counts. If the batter does not return, the score at retirement stands. Same 80% / 200-over tests as other batter markets. Super Over runs do not count.
2.18.43. Combined Batsman Runs

Rules: Same as Batsman Runs. If any named batter does not bat, the bet is void unless the result is already known.

Rules: Same standing and reduction tests as Batsman Runs. Only sixes off the bat count. Super Over sixes do not count.

Rules: If the named batter is not out, all bets are void. If the batter retires and does not return, all bets are void. If the batter returns and is later out, bets stand.
2.18.48. Fall of Next Wicket
Description: How many runs the batting team has scored when the next wicket falls.
Rules: If the batting team uses its overs, reaches its target, or declares before that wicket, the total at that point is used. A batter retiring hurt is not a wicket. Same 80% / 200-over tests as other innings markets.
2.18.49. Next Man Out
Description: Which batter is the next to be dismissed.
Rules: If either batter retires hurt, or the batters at the crease are not the pair named, bets on both are void. If no further wicket falls, all bets are void.

2.18.52. Batsman Matchbet
Description: Which of the named players scores more runs.
Rules: Same 80% / 200-over tests as other player markets. Both players must be in the starting XI, or appear as a substitute. If either does not then bat, bets still settle. Super Over runs do not count.
2.18.53. Bowler Matchbet
Description: Which of the named players takes more wickets.
Rules: Same 80% / 200-over tests. Both players must be in the starting XI, or appear as a substitute. If either does not then bowl, bets still settle. Super Over wickets do not count.
2.18.54. All-Rounder Matchbet
Description: Which of the named players scores more points on the player performance scale.
Rules: Points are 1 per run, 20 per wicket, 10 per catch, and 25 per stumping. Same 80% / 200-over tests. Both players must be in the starting XI, or appear as a substitute. If either does not then bat or bowl, bets still settle. Super Over points do not count.
2.18.55. Keeper Matchbet
Description: Which of the named wicketkeepers scores more points on the player performance scale.
Rules: Same points scale as All-Rounder Matchbet. Same 80% / 200-over tests. Both named players must start the match as a wicketkeeper, or appear as a substitute. If their role changes, bets still settle on that scale. Super Over points do not count.
2.18.56. Free Hit
Description: How many team runs are scored off the free-hit delivery.
Rules: Settlement uses the runs added to the team total off that delivery. If the free hit is re-bowled after an illegal ball, runs off the second free hit do not count. Extras and penalty runs count. If a wide is bowled on the listed free hit, the result is 1, and a further free-hit market may then be offered.
2.18.57. Race to 'X' Runs
Description: Which batter reaches a listed run total first.
Rules: Bets stand through any curtailment. If neither named batter reaches that total, the market settles as Neither.

Description: Which batter hits the next six.
Rules: Bets stand through any curtailment. If neither named batter hits a six after the bet is offered, the market settles as Neither. Overthrows and extras do not count.
2.18.59. Next to Take a Wicket
Description: Which bowler takes the next wicket in this innings.
Rules: Bets stand through any curtailment. If none of the named bowlers take a wicket, the market settles as None of the above. A batter retiring hurt is not a wicket. Run outs, timed out, retired out, and any dismissal not given to a bowler settle as None of the above.
2.18.60. Winning Over
Description: In which over of the named team's innings the match is won.
Rules: All bets are void if there is no official result. In limited-overs games all bets are void if, after the bet is placed, the maximum overs are reduced in any way.
2.18.61. Both Teams to Score 'X' Runs
Description: Will both teams score a listed run total.
Rules: In limited-overs games the market is void if fewer than 80% of the overs due in both innings at the time of the bet can be bowled, unless the result is already known. In drawn First Class matches the market is void if fewer than 100 overs have been bowled in either first innings, unless the result is already known. Only first-innings runs count. If a team declares, that innings is treated as complete.
2.18.62. Either Batsman Method of Dismissal
Description: Will either of the named batters be dismissed in the listed way.
Rules: All bets settle, whether either batter remains not out or retires hurt at the end of the innings.
2.18.63. Both Batsmen Method of Dismissal

Rules: Same as Either Batsman Method of Dismissal.

Description: How many runs are scored off both of the listed deliveries.
Rules: Same as Runs off Delivery, except the total is taken from both deliveries.
2.18.65. Wicket off Delivery
Description: Will a wicket fall on the listed delivery.
Rules: That delivery must be completed for bets to stand. Any wicket counts, including a run out. A batter retiring hurt is not a wicket. If a batter is timed out or retired out, the wicket is treated as having fallen on the previous ball.
2.18.66. Both Batsmen to Score 'X' Runs in Over
Description: Will both batters score a listed run total in the over.
Rules: The over must be completed unless the result is already known. If an innings ends during an over, that over is treated as complete unless weather or another outside factor ends the innings, in which case bets are void unless the result is already known. If the over does not start, bets are void. Runs off the bat count. Bets settle whether or not either named batter is dismissed or retires hurt before the over starts.
2.18.67. Both Batsmen to Score a Boundary in Over
Description: Will both batters score a boundary in the over.
Rules: Same as Both Batsmen to Score 'X' Runs in Over. Fours and sixes count as boundaries. Only fours or sixes off the bat count. Overthrows, all-run fours, and extras do not count.
2.18.68. Both a Four and a Six to be Scored in an Over

2.18.69. Batsman and Bowler Combo Milestones
Description: Will the named batter and the named bowler both reach their listed marks.
Rules: For the batter, same as Batsman Runs. In First Class games only first-innings runs count. If the batter is not in the starting XI, or is substituted, bets are void. For the bowler, if the bowler does not bowl the wicket total is 0. If the bowler is not in the starting XI, or is substituted, bets are void. In limited-overs games the market is void if fewer than 80% of the relevant overs can be bowled because of weather or another outside factor, unless the result is already known. In drawn First Class matches the market is void if fewer than 200 overs have been bowled, unless the bowler's work is complete. Settlement can still stand if the lines at which the bet was placed have already been passed. Super Over wickets and runs do not count.
2.18.70. Batsmen Combo Milestones
Description: Will both named batters reach their listed marks.
Rules: Same as Combined Batsman Runs.
2.18.71. Notes for All Markets
Players sent off or retired out are treated as dismissed, so the event settles as a wicket. A concussion substitute who later returns is not treated as a wicket if that player has not been dismissed. If the replacement does not return, the score stands as it was when the original player left. When a concussion substitute comes on, both they and the replaced player are looked at as if they had played a full part in the match. Penalty runs added after an innings has closed are added to that team's total after the start of the other team's innings and do not count towards markets in the previous innings.
